Our Story

In 1969 C. Melvin Sirk, a local realtor, had a vision. He wanted to create a safe, comfortable environment where families and individuals could live without the responsibility of homeownership. It was from this vision that his business, KRIS Inc. established and built the Heritage and Bavarian Apartments.                                                                                                                                                                                                         

Through the years, many long-time residents have enjoyed the comfort and care offered by this family-run business. There is a unique bond that has been established between the support staff and the residents.  The Heritage and Bavarian apartments are located in a safe, quiet neighborhood.
